Hitta.se increases its programmatic revenue by 156% after switching to Livewrapped's technology

Hitta.se, Sweden's leading website for information about people, companies, places, and directions, announces a significant increase in its programmatic revenue following their switch to Livewrapped's technology. Since the switch, Hitta.se has managed to increase its programmatic revenue via prebid by a staggering 156%, all possible thanks to Livewrapped's platform.

Hitta.se switched to Livewrapped's technology just over one year ago with a clear goal of increasing its programmatic revenue via prebid, while also increasing the competition with Google Ad Exchange as a demand source. By leveraging features in Livewrapped that optimize the use of ad inventory, Hitta.se has managed to surpass its own expectations.

Data from March 2024 compared to March 2023 shows an impressive 156% increase in Hitta.se’s programmatic revenue via prebid (header bidding in Livewrapped's platform). In addition, CPM (cost per thousand impressions) has increased by 12%, due in part to the increased competition among a greater number of bidders on the platform. This in turn has resulted in a 40% increase in CPM in Google Ad Exchange as well.  Meanwhile, according to Sweden’s Media Agency Barometer (Mediebyråbarometern), investment in Online Display only increased by 8.7% in March 2024 compared to the same month last year.

Livewrapped has played a critical role when it comes to improving the quality of ad impressions at Hitta.se through streamlined management of lazyload, which has improved the viewability of Hitta.se's ad inventory, bringing them close to their goal of +80% average viewability. Along with experiments involving different advert sizes, this improvement has also been a contributing factor to increased CPM.
